Is my data safe? What about NIC card images?
Absolutely. All sensitive data (NIC numbers, passport numbers, dates of birth) is encrypted with AES-256 at rest. We comply with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. Data is stored in EU-West (Ireland) on encrypted infrastructure. We maintain a full audit trail and consent records. We will be registered with the Data Protection Commissioner before production launch.
Do you integrate with CBRIS?
Yes — we connect to CBRIS via the MNS APIMall. Enter a BRN or company name and we pull company details, directors, and shareholders directly from the government registry. This means less manual data entry and fewer errors.
Can I use this for Global Business Companies (GBC)?
Yes. Legal OS supports Domestic Private, Domestic Public, GBC1, GBC2, Foreign, and One Person companies. For GBC companies, you can assign a Registered Agent role to the relevant person.
What forms can it generate?
